It’s a…..{Sun Prairie Gender Reveal mini}

I love the glow of happy pregnant women.  The feeling of suspense and anticipation about the unknown that will soon be their reality.  The way they touch their bellies when they talk about the “baby”, and the sparkle in their eye when they impart their plans and excitement in conversation.  I had a terrible pregnancy my first time around, and really admire people who don’t.  But more so, people like Alissa make me want to do it again SO bad, and SOON.  For now though, I’ll just have to live vicariously through soon-to-be mama’s instead.

That’s why I was SUPER excited to do a little mini session for Alissa and her boy’s the day after they found out the gender of the newest member of their family.  The anticipation had been killing me since we planned our little session; I can’t image how badly Alissa and her family wanted to know!  After three boys, I was REALLY hoping for a little girl for Alissa, and I think she was hoping to experience a little bit of pink in her life too!

When I got to the house, the boys were SO ready to open the box that their momma had prepared for them.  I couldn’t get set fast enough!  Heck, I wanted to know just as bad as they did.  Rumor has it, certain little boys were so anxious about the reveal they got in the car after school and started crying “I don’t want another brother!!!!” 😉

Alissa and Paul, I am SO beyond thrilled for you!  This was one of the most exciting and fun little things I have done so far and couldn’t be more happy about the results! Baby Knutson is certainly going to be one loved and protected baby with her three adorable big brothers!  Thank you for letting me capture such a special moment in your lives <3
