Madison Wisconsin family photographer {Burfield family}

This past week I had the privilege of working with this beautiful family.  It’s always an adventure when there are three kids or more in a session, but these kiddos were a lot of fun.  Each so unique and pleasant.  And mom and dad were equally so–so laid back, kind, and easy to work with.   Couple all that with an amazing sunset and beautiful location (Pope Farm Conservancy) and magic happens!  (Mosquito bites aside ya’ll).

I am so excited about how this session came to be.  Jessica (mom) is a contributor for Madison Mom’s Blog.  It is an AWESOME blog and resource for Madison parents.   I stumbled onto one day at the beginning of this year saw a call for local businesses to take part in their giveaways and I responded.  From there, I met Alissa (one of the co-founders of the blog) and we brainstormed some ideas and ways for me to be more involved with their little blog-o-sphere.

In April, MMB hosted an Easter photo competition, and the winner won a session with me!  And now, I am pleased to be one of their go-to photographers moving forward.  It is not only a magnificent opportunity for me, it is also another way for me to be involved in my community–something I am very passionate about!  So, Jessica is going to be writing up a little diddy about our session together and it will be featured on MMB here in the near future.  As soon as it is, I will update this post with a link 🙂  Meanwhile, check out this fun family!!
