Sun Prairie family photographer: Knutson Family

I love this family.  I can remember when mom was pregnant with her first baby boy.  And now there’s three!!  Three busy and beautiful boys, and two beaming parents.  A beautiful family of five and I have had the honor of documenting their growth since I started.  Shortly after baby number two came into the picture I started my photography journey and Alissa was kind enough to let me take photos for them!

Now here we are and growth is the word of the day.  It’s so easy to forget how far I’ve come as I ride the roller-coaster of this photography journey.  You win clients and you loose clients but it’s always so appreciated when you get support from clients that keep coming back.  I can’t say enough just how much I enjoy watching families grow.  It is by far the coolest part of this job.  Seeing the change and using each session with these people as my own benchmarks.  I can look back and remember what challenge I was attempting to tackle dying each of those sessions, and where I fell short.  And I’ve learned so much from all of my clients, and appreciate your continuing support and enthusiasm.  I’m so lucky to have ya’ll!!

We had to reschedule this session to the morning light, due to impending storms.  As always, I prefer the beautiful evening sun but sometimes its exciting to switch things up!  Aside from the wind, a little runny nose, and a banged up knee, everyone survived and we got some great shots!! Thanks Alissa and Paul for letting me work with your family once again–it’s always a pleasure and I always look forward to getting a little workout in with your little men!! 😉
