Winter Maternity Photography || Madison Wisconsin

I met up with this beautiful couple on a gorgeous Wisconsin winter day; snowless and warm.   December 20th, and 47 degrees was not what we had hoped for in planning for the session, but secretly I think we lucked out because this momma-to-be didn’t have to freeze her tush off to get great shots in the awesome outfit she prepared to show off the baby bump!

Their story is so sweet. She fell in love in 5th grade, and by 8th he’d decided he liked her too. By prom of 12th, they decided to make it official and he… proposed!  True school sweethearts.  12 years later, they are waiting on their sweet baby girl.  And what a story they have to share with her…I just love thinking about her hearing that story from her parents some day and understanding that true love exists. The sweetest!!
